The project focused on collecting key data from more than 5 PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) distributed across the plant. Using SCADA systems and communication protocols, we transmitted this data to the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and then passed consumption data on to the company’s ERP to automate material purchasing.
